Refund Policy

The order can be refunded to the customer within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched from the dealer’s outlet, whichever is earlier. The amount will be transferred to the customer’s rewards account (through which the payment was made) after deducting the applicable standard payment gateway transaction charges.

If the refund request is placed after 24 hours or after the order is dispatched from the dealer’s outlet, the request will be rejected and the customer will take the material.

If a refund request has been accepted, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s rewards account within 10 working days.
