Cancellation and Return policy
The following
cancellation policy applies to items purchased online through BUILD SMART e-portal:
In case the order has been placed through “Book Now” option,
The order can
be cancelled by the customer (through the portal or number) before the order has been dispatched
from the dealer’s outlet. Any cancellation request placed after this, will be
rejected and the customer shall take the material In case the order has been
placed through “Pay Now” option,
The order can
be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the order or before the
order is dispatched from the dealer’s outlet, whichever is earlier. The amount
will be transferred to customer’s rewards account (through which the payment
was made)
If the
cancellation request is placed after 24 hours or after the order is dispatched
from dealer’s outlet, the request will be rejected and the customer shall take
the material
In case the
cancellation request has been accepted, the amount will be transferred to
customer’s rewards account within 10 working days
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
The following return policy applies to items purchased online through BUILD SMART e-portal, after the material has been dispatched by our dealer outlet:
Return Policy :-
In the event that the order has been placed through the "Book Now" or "Pay Now" option
1. The material must be in original form, undamaged and in it's original packaging.
2. The order can be replaced only when the order quantity or/and size differs from what has been ordered by the customer. The request should be made by call/mail to customer support .The material will be replaced only if it is received in the same form as it was delivered
3. In case of return, 10% of billing value will be changed as a processing fees.
4. Cement and Steel products cannot be returned.
5. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs and/or pick up at our facility.
